Today the kids "helped" paint Caroline's soon-to-be "new" bed. It was an old toddler bed our neighbor gave us for free! Love that price. It was in good shape, but I didn't like the light maple color, so I decided it needed to be painted. Most of it is wood, but parts of it are laminate (yuck!), so we had to do lots of sanding, priming, and now painting. It's still not done, but I hope to have it ready by the time her birthday rolls around next month!
