I made these rainbow cupcakes for Jackson's Un-Birthday at school today. The kids with summer birthdays get to celebrate with their classmates at the end of the year. It was the first time I made buttercream icing! Sadly, my attempt at a swirl top failed when my Ziploc pastry bag sprung a leak... boo!

Day 144 - Rainbow
I made these rainbow cupcakes for Jackson's Un-Birthday at school today. The kids with summer birthdays get to celebrate with their classmates at the end of the year.
